Tried to get a NEW motherboard starting back on the March 17th and was unsuccessful all the way through May 18th. Tiger Direct kept sending me boxes taped shut with nothing more than packing tape. Intel said new boards should be in cellophane. Ten years ago I would have said Tiger Direct is the first place to go for your computer needs. At this point I would now recommend anybody else. |

I have been purchasing from Tiger Direct for a number of years and look here first. I have found slightly better prices other places but I can't get the fast shipping, good customer service and little or no cost for shipping. |

The tv table mount screws were not supplied for the refurbished tv. Called customer service and there only resolve was to ship the entire tv back for a new one or for me to call the 3rd party vendor myself and request the screws. It was not a big deal because i ended up wall mounting the tv, however if i had planned to use the mount it would have been a bigger issue. I was surprised that TigerDirect customer service was not willing to handle the issue themselves. |
