The store did call me and tell me that the camera I bought used up the battery in 45 minutes. I bought another battery.They also told me about a service plan which I will buy soon. The TV I ordered is working fine but the box was badly damaged and when I opened the box, the TV was not packed properly and had been bouncing around in a big empty box unprotected. I can only conclude that someone had returned the TV and not packed it properly, sent it back, and then it was sent to me. Again, not sure, but am sure it had been opened, unpacked, repacked improperly, then sent to me. I am keeping it because it seems to be working ok. The order process was simple but you must understand that they will try to up-sell a waranty, tv stand, and express delivery. Everyone I've used through pricegrabber does this. As long as you don't mind that, the price is worth it. Abe's seems to be a good company, I just would not use them to purchase a tv again. **Changed rating based on customer service...contacted by mgmt...believe it was a rare case**	Overall Rating

The rebates were not clearly advertised at the front page, but once I added the items to the shopping cart it showed up, it was a kind of nice gift! and basically lured me to proceed with my order! Good marketing strategy! --- One day after placing my order I received a call from their sale rep. He talked to me to buy other stuff for my camera, and I agreed. But after hanging up with the guy, I researched the items he offered and figured out that this was not what I wanted. I tried to get back to him with no success, I called the customer support to re-adjust the order, but the package already shipped (within an hour from my talk!), gladly they shipped both orders, and they offered me the second one for a lot less than I expected without having to return the originally shipped item. --- Packaging was very bad, one that had the camera wasn't wrapped properly, the other, the box was bulging from the top!
