I will keep it brief and hope NOBODY will ever buy from them again. Purchased phones as gift for my wife, paid extra for fast shipping. Web site did NOT indicate the phone is not available. They NEVER replied to my emails. Had to be on hold for 35 minutes before the more RUDEST customer agent picked up. I canceled my order right away, she said a confirmation email has been send and HUNG UP !!! WOW. That's what I get for the one time I do not buy at Amazon! DO NOT BUY THERE. Steve Overall Rating

AVOID at all costs!!! Ordered Samsung e590 on 9/22, the status showed "Your Order is In Process and Ready to be Shipped" until 10/7 when my Visa was charged and it changed to "Ready to ship". Nothing was shipped, call'em up, was told it was a mistake, they expect it in 2 days. Ever since was waiting for it. Didn't get replies to my e-mail. Finally, on 11/19 after being on hold for 1 hr 5 min send them e-mail to cancel, as there is no way to do it on their site. Not trusting Cellhut, called my Visa and disputed the charge, letting Visa deal with them. How can Cellhut stay in business behaving like that? TW, the site still shows black E590 as "in stock". This is the worst company I have had business with till date. I ordered a unlocked cellphone from their site, which displayed the product to be "available". But was later told that what they meant by that was the product was available in the market but NOT with them. took for weeks but to no use. the customer service rep offered me another phone for NO EXTRA money which I accepted but later found that the difference was charged to my creditcard. The customer service sucks. horrible people. They backtrack on their words. They are very difficult to get and cut the call without resolving the issue. My advice: NEVER ever buy from them. FRAUD! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered an unlocked phone. They charged my card in the next day. It was day 7 -did not ship. I tried calling their 800 # , don't bother - because it's either busy or when you do get thru they'll put you on hold until you're fed up! So I emailed them and asked to cancel my order ASAP since I was leaving town. I had expected 10 days for my order since it stated on the website when I ordered that it would ship the next day. They shipped it any way and it took 21 days! And I was almost back from trip. I've NEVER spoke with a human or gotten ONE email from a real person till this day. Still trying to get my money back! I ordered a phone,the cost of the phone was 129 $ when I ordered.Later the cost went high to 159$. Cell hut went out cancelled my order with out letting me know about it. When I called customer care he told me its out of stock.I asked him it shows available on your website. He told me its outdated information.I was talking to my friend about the story he told me he will go a head apply for that phone right away,the phone got shipped in an hour... They are so rude... Will never buy or recommend cell hut any more I am planning to report this to BBB with both of our orders Overall Rating

BEWARE OF CELLHUT - They sent me a used phone (definitely not new). The phone had italian settings..also they send me an italian catalogue..no english catalogue was provided. When I called them..they said I have to send it back on my expense..I agreed and sent it spending $9 by UPS. They received the item on Aug 07. After 2 weeks of follow up they deducted another 15% from the price and refunded the remaining money. Now I spent $22 for their problem..NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SELLER TO ANYONE. I am still following up and moving ahead to file a complaint against them. Also you will never get a representative over phone to talk..they have nice greeting and messages though while you are waiting. WORST ONLINE BUYING experience ever. Overall Rating

When I received my cell phone, I tried to insert my SIM card, but it wouldn't fit. I called Cellhut that same day for return instructions. I received the instructions on April 3, 2009 and returned the phone that same day. Cellhut signed for the package on April 6, 2009. I hadn't heard anything from the company so on April 22nd I emailed customer service to find out the status of my return. I was told that refunds take 7-10 business days to process, so I should have it be the end of the next week. After repeated phone calls, I still haven't receive my refund and today is June 5, 2009. I have since filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, hopefully they'll have better luck that I did trying to resolve this issue. However only management can resolve their customer service issues. I give up Cellhut, UNCLE. Overall Rating

I purchased a "brand new" Jabra bt2010 from Cell Hut at what I thought was a very good price. I received a refurbished unit with basically no warranty. After playing the many times call and wait game, I finally managed to get through to a human who said I could keep my unit or pay shipping charges to return it and then we could discuss what to do. After reading various reviews on Cell Hut, I decided to cut my losses and end any further dealings with the company. Overall Rating

I am very very disappointed on your service. 1)I bought two items, and both of them does not work. 2)When I required a return, you do not supply a return lable. Then I had to pay for the fee of Express by myself!!! It costs twice more than I paid for the items. 3)No reply to my email sent one week ago.This never happen when I return things to other merchandises. Ordered the United States version of the Nokia N-96 cell phone. They sent me the non-US Version. Called them and they told me to ship it back and they would send me the US Version. They shipped me the same phone back as they originally sent me. In reading all the complaints about this company I am puzzled to understand why they are allowed to continue business by Visa and Mastercard. They are obviously outright crooks. They have some lady in the complaint department who is a specialist in giving you back nothing but pure BS. She is rude and crude and is not interested in resolving your problems whatsoever. There are two ways to do business; one you can keep most of the customers happy by adding the personal touch, or two, you can deal in bulk and not have any ethics about you whatsoever. They have chosen the latter and are obviously profiteering from it. Innocent people are going online searching for unlocked phones and finding cellhut.com and ordering. They wind up screwed. I placed an Order for Blackberry Pearl 8100 on 5th March 09. They charged money from my account and there was no update about the product. lastly, on 12th march, i wrote them about the product status, in return, i got this reply : Dear Customer, We do not have the product in stock anymore. Would you like to swotch to any other product? Sorry for the inconvenience!!!! Thanlk You!!!! Same day i requested them to cancel my order and return the money back. Till date i have not received my money. Every time when i am calling up, i am getting the same reply, the fund has been issued and you will be getting in another 3-4 days. Even, i told the Customer service guy that last week also i got the same reply, then, How can i trust you this time? What if i do'nt get it this time? He simply says, just call up again. THIS COMPANY IS A BIG FRAUD......HOW CAN THEY CHARGE THE ACCOUNT WHEN THEY DO NOT HAVE PRODUCT IN THEIR STOCK.....TILL DATE THE MONEY HAS NOT BEEN REFUNDED TO MY ACCOUNT Overall Rating

I had one devastating customer experience at CELLHUT.COM. I would not recommend anyone to shop at this fraud website at any time for any reason whatsoever be the price. I ordered a Nokia Cell phone (3210 Classic) and received the call receive key loose, the key would not come to its original position and would keep slightly depressed. I complained about this to Cellhut and they asked me to return it for an exchange. I did so at my own cost and after 15 days called them to see why I still had not received it. They argued with me that the cell phone was "all right" and they saw no problems with it. Despite the fact that the key was depressed. They agreed to send me another one and after like 5 days I received the same one. Only to be furious I got my refund back after long month but there was a restocking fee!!! This company needs a reality check to do business. Stay completely away. Overall Rating

Worst ever Customer service and very rude. I bought a phone on Feb 7th, but the phone quality was not good. Raised a RMA and returned it on 21st FEb. They received it on 23rd Feb. Until now (03/09/09), I have not received the refund. Called them twice so far. Each time I have to wait more than 30 minutes to talk to some one. The customer service and returns department are so RUDE. I would NEVER buy anything from Cellhut in the future. Overall Rating
