Ordered another item from a different supplier on 2/21/2010 and received on 2/24/2010 without paying extra for faster service. Guess who I will use for my next orders. I was denied a request for refund, Sug ID S36587, of the extra fee for faster handling that I feel I didn't get. Also, buried in the fine print of the rebate was a limitation of one rebate per address. It is there but I didn't catch it. It should have been highlighted on item description page. I feel I have been cheated out of $25 on a $120 purchase.	Overall Rating
