They gave me back the wrong pictures and when I told them that the pictures were definitely not mine they seemed to find this funny. After a month and half of supposedly trying to find my pictures they had the nerve to tell me that it was probably my fault! I would never get my film developed there again. Their staff was completely unhelpful and never followed through on their promises of help.	Overall Rating

After I moved it out of the way to see the last page of my order, I clicked on the additional $10 Cash Back on the main page. I ordered a camera kit,an extra lens and camera bag,which they claimed was "in stock". They offered a discount for a pay pal purchase(which was a cash transaction from my account). After they withdrew the money from my account they sent me an email stating they didn't have all the items and they wouldn't ship until all componens were available. It took me 3 weeks to get my money back after numerous phone calls and emails and contradictory statements.	Overall Rating

I generally like to deal only with customers that don't outsource to other countries. I am trying RitzCamera this time and will see how it goes.
