i was not able to take advantage of additional savings offered thru discover center on purchase while using my discover card as i cannot get to your shopping link thru them. i have to access your site directly. this cost me 8% of the purchase price. this is not the first time this has happened. contact with discover rep failed to fix problem. |

Each order I've placed has been very simple. There was one time I had to speak to a customer support person who was very helpful and corrected my order without a problem. |

Overall, bar none, SMARTBARGAINS.COM/SAVE is one of the best internet sights for shopping. The savings are great; but it is also very navigational. Browser Back & Forward button compatible. Extremely accurate and efficient. Their customer service is prompt, courteous, and professional! My last 5 purchases in the last 6 mos. w/SmartBargains.com/save & each purchase has been a pleasure, even when I had to return an item.I shop on-line at least 10.month. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK! Ordered Cuisinart Brew Central Coffeemaker and wondered why it seemed like such a bargain. Does not say or look like reconditioned but upon receiving I found the date manufactured is 2003, six years old. There are a few differences between the old and new coffeemakers but I will see how it works. Doubt I will order from this site again. |

We had a bit of a problem when it kept coming up that we wanted more of the item when we only wanted one. I finally found a spot that said to update information. That needs to be made bigger. We almost had to order two of the items! |

I bought a 26" suitcase. When I opened the box there was NO PAPERWORK, not an invoice, a confirmation, nothing. I could tell by looking at the suitcase it was the wrong size, and I measured it. It was a 24", and I found out the brand I bought doesn't even make a 26". Yet they still show it on their website as 26". That's bad enough. But altho I returned it the day after receiving it, it's been 14 days and there is still no record of a refund being issued. They tell me it takes 10 to 15 days to process refunds. Unacceptable to me. It's been 14 days and I'll wait one day, then contact Visa. I think SMART BARGAINS has the worst customer service of any company I've shopped on-line. Not the people, they are fine, it's the company I have an issue with. And after all these complaints, they had the nerve to send me an email asking me if I'm enjoying my purchase. Duh, you got it back within a few days, but I don't think they still realize it. |

smartbagains refused to process my order because my credit card was ABOUT to expire. Today is jan 22-the card expires and IS VALID until Jan 31st-I had to check to see if our new card had arrived and edit the expiration date-that was an unnecessary inconvenience at this time-the card would have processed succcessfully with the 1/31 date-No in store merchant would legally be able to refuse my card-I considered not purchasing my items but had already invested too much time. I will not visit again |

The customer service for this site is probably the worst I have ever encountered. I placed the order for the product, and up until the confirmation page the screen showed one price. Once I hit confirm they billed my credit card for more than the price displayed on the previous page. I emailed them, but they kept on insisting that it was not their fault. After emailing them twice, they simply stopped responding. I will never shop at their site again, and would not recommend it to any of my friends or colleagues. Their unprofessional attitude and lack of responsibility is unacceptable and disappointing. |

I have shopped with SmartBargains for years, however their prices are no longer bargains, and the quality has declined considerably. Be sure you know your prices before believing you are getting a bargain. The towels I ordered ended up being irregular sized factory seconds, however weren't advertised that way and were overpriced as though they were the higher quality. |

This company is incompetent. They cannot ship an order correctly. They have lost documentation I have sent them for a refund. They have not sent me claims forms they said they had. Their customer service does not work. Save your money. This company just wants to steal it! |

I like the shoes I received but I was disappointed in the time it took to reach me and also with their non-existent price adjustment policy. I spoke with one representative who said she would do the adjustment and then she put me on hold only to come back to the phone to say that she wouldn't. She also wouldn't give me the first name of her supervisor whom she said wouldn't let her do the adjustment. I doubt I'll be shopping there again. |

I placed an order Jan 17 and got a confirmation email stating the ETA was at the end of Jan. By Feb 5, I still had not received my items so I called customer support. They said that they'd have to contact the warehouse and see why my order wasn't processed and that I'd get another email with an updated status. On Feb 8, I had to call customer service again since I never got an update on my status. They couldn't tell me why I wasn't getting processed and when I might receive the items so I cancelled the order. I do a lot of online shopping and have never had such a poor experience. They have good prices but don't be fooled. It's not worth the hassle. |

This was my first and last purchase from Smartbargains.com. 4 days after placing my order, I receive an email from them showing my item now on sale for $15 less. I called them to ask for a price adjustment and they refused. I was told they don't do that and that's just the way it is. I asked if they would at least give me an in-store credit for the difference to keep me as a customer and they supervisor told me that it was up to me if I wanted to take my business elsewhere. WTF? There are so many on-line retailers that offer price protection- don't bother with these guys. Their CS is horrible. |
